What courier do you use for deliveries?
For the USA we exclusively use FedEx Priority to send all of our orders, your order will not be forwarded to the national postal service or any other third party on arrival in the country of destination. Our Service includes FedEx door to door delivery.
For EU we exclusively use ChonoViti, Chronopost’s wine delivery door to door service.
How long does delivery take?
USA orders generally take between 2-5 working days to arrive. A delivery within EU usually takes 1-2 working days.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over 150€ for EU clients and 450$ for USA clients.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Can you ship my orders to a different address?
Want to gif someone with Champagne? Great idea, yes we can send your orders to any address in your country you want to.
I only have received part of my order?
That can happen for large orders sent to the US. We are shipping in cases of 6 bottles, if your order requires to ship over 6 or 7 cases it is possible that some of the cases will be delivered first and the rest can be delivered that same day or the following day.
After your order is processed you will receive the main tracking# information. Under that tracking, every single case will have it’s own tracking allowing you to see the status of each single case.
What if some bottles are broken?
We make sure to choose the best service provider and we exclusively use ready made cases dedicated to shipping champagnes. It is still glass travelling and even though it is very rare to have any brokerage, unfortunately it still can happen. If it is the case with your shipment, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible and take pictures of the package. All of our shipments are fully insured so we will either refund you the broken bottle or we will add it to your following order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged every month on the same day of your first purchase. If you prefer to be charged on a specific day of the month, simply let us know. You can send us a email with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Can I change “My perfect” plan?
Yes, you can change your plan to another “My Perfect” plan, simply let us know by email.
Can I choose the cuvées I want to receive?
Yes, if you see spring and summer coming and you rather have more rosé sent with your plan or if there’s a cuvée that you always want to see coming every month, or any other reason, just let us know by email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, we have a no commitments policy, at any time you can cancel your plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all relevant credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
What currencies can I use?
We accept payment in Euros, and US Dollars. If you are based in Europe you will be charged in Euros and if you are based in the US you will be charged in US Dollars.
