This 2009 vintage offers a clear and complex bouquet, harmonized by delicate fruits, floral aromas, as well as toasted flavors. Ample, pure and full of finesse on the palate, it is an full-bodied champagne, firm and fresh. It is very elegant and rich in fruit, but also mineral and persistent with a long, complex and intense finish.

Food pairing notes
This 2009 vintage will be fully expressed in the company of a truffle risotto, or more simply, veal cutlets. It can also marry wonderfully with a nutty-flavored goat cheese such as crottin de chavignol.
